India's Mission : Matsya 6000
I'm excited to share about our southern side innovation named Matsya 6000 . This is a deep ocean mission which can carry three scientists (aquanauts) into 6000 meter deep sea to explore our Indian Oceans and to find out the mysteries hidden under the ocean. My UPSC current affairs teacher taught me about the importance of Matsya 6000 after teaching about wars , sufferings, machine names and chemical names. Actually this is not very new news but the way my teacher share about it in yesterday's online class created interest in me and urged me to share this with you. You may already know about it but let me share what I know about Matsya 6000. Let's get back to Matsya 6000. 70% of the globe is covered by ocean and 95% of ocean remains mysterious for us. So National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) invented Matsya 6000 to explore sea.
